In a powerful demonstration of operational tenacity, Heirs Energies has successfully restarted an oil well in the Niger Delta that had been idle for 37 years.
CEO Osa Igiehon announced that the four-year effort to revive the well, which previous operators could not restart due to complex social and security challenges, not technical faults, has proven successful, with the well now producing effectively.
This milestone is part of a broader pattern of growth for the company, which had previously reactivated 30 idle wells within 100 days of acquiring the assets, doubling its production.
